Holistic health is an approach that considers multidimensional aspects of wellness. It encourages individuals to recognize the whole person: physical, mental, emotional, nutritional, genetics, social, and intellectual. Rather than compartmentalizing disease or symptoms, holistic health address the root cause. It is much like the idea that you cannot put a roof on a house that doesn’t have a strong foundation. Collectively, we address all systems in the body, rather than spot treating the area of illness. Otherwise, it will default on the previous programming.
